Finlay Pinkerton
Finlay Pinkerton is an Auckland based animator and sound designer who specialises in 2D traditional animation and sound design. His work draws heavy inspiration from popular web animations such as “The Big Lez Show” and works from Michael Cusack. He is always looking at expanding his knowledge of different software and techniques.
Finlay’s showreel project was made to showcase the range of work he is capable of in the 2d pipeline including: rough animation, cleanup, colour compositing, and sound design.
After completing the level 6 Diploma of Animation, he hopes to use the range of skills he’s gained to create a long list of passion projects he has waiting and get his foot in the industry.
